Info:
Xibalba is a heavy hardcore/metal band from Pomona California
The Pomona, Calif., doom-inflected hardcore quintet Xibalba seem to understand this, and when they keep things straightforward, they're very good at making youth-crew songs that stick (and make you want to do anything but sit still).
Nothing on Hasta La Muerte will change the course of music, no, but Xibalba's the sort of hardcore group that has a pretty great chance of changing a few individual worlds.

My Iron Lung is a new band out of San Diego, California. Formed in 2010 by former members of bands such as A Better Hope Foundation, Heritage, and Crowne Hill; Doug, Matthew, Justin, and David are well on their way to becoming a force to be reckoned with in the busy Southern California music scene. My Iron Lung’s debut EP, No Such Thing, drops on the first day of 2011. 
Along with their recent release Grief EP.
This band is amazing.

Daytrader was a punk band from Brooklyn, NY… They debuted a three song demo in September 2010 and released an EP entitled “Last Days of Rome” in January 2011, citing influences such as Jimmy Eat World, Sunny Day Real Estate, Further Seems Forever, Saves the Day and Hot Water Music. Their debut LP, “Twelve Years”, was released May 8th, 2012 on Rise Records.

On November 9th 2012, after losing vocalist Tym a month prior, the band announced that they had parted ways. Tym went on to form a new band, Some Stranger

Caspian is an American instrumental rock band from Beverly, Massachusetts. The band formed in Autumn of 2003 and played their first concert in August of 2004.
 
Caspian loosely formed in Autumn of 2003 in Beverly, Massachusetts, developing material through the first year of its existence, recording a demo in May 2004 and performing a small number of shows in late 2004 and early 2005, including a support for the Japanese post-rock band Mono. The band’s first performance took place at The Pickled Onion in Beverly, Massachusetts on August 26, 2004. At the time the band had not yet chosen the name Caspian and were looking for a vocalist.

Channeling alternative bands from the 90s, punk bands from the 80s and adding their own current attitude, Daylight comes at you with catchy riffs and hooks that will make you want to scream out every word. Pennsylvania keeps churning out amazing young bands and Daylight can be added to the top of the list. Their debut full length LP is due out the spring of 2013.

The Early November is an American pop-punk band from Hammonton, New Jersey. The group formed in 1999 and signed with Drive-Thru Records in 2002. As of 2006, they have released two EPs (2002's For All of This and 2002's The Acoustic EP), as well as two full-length albums (2003's The Room's Too Cold and 2006's triple album The Mother, the Mechanic, and the Path). Their latest effort debuted at No. 31 on the Billboard 200. They also participated in the Vans Warped Tour in 2002–2004 and 2006. They are currently signed with Rise Records and released a new album entitled In Currents on July 10, 2012.

Title Fight is a band from Kingston, Pennsylvania, USA formed in 2003 that combines elements of punk, melodic hardcore, pop punk, and emo. Title Fight plays music in the vein of Jawbreaker, Kid Dynamite and Lifetime, taking influence from such melodic punk rock acts as Saves the Day and emo bands Knapsack and Seaweed. They are currently signed to Side One Dummy records and will be embarking on their first headlining cross-country summer tour starting May 19th. They released a new 3-song 7” The Last Thing You Forget on June 23rd, as well as a CD released on July 10th, compiling all of their releases to date: 2007’s split CD with The Erection Kids and 2008’s Kingston EP (available on iTunes), both released on Flight Plan Records. The CD also includes the previously unreleased songs “Western Haikus,” “Introvert,” “Symmetry,” and “No One Stays at the Top Forever.” Their first full-length, Shed, came out on May 3rd, 2011. Their newest album “Floral Green” came out on September 18th, 2012 on Side One Dummy.

Moving Mountains is a New York-based indie rock band. Combining emotional vocals with elements of post-rock and emo, the band has often been compared to The Appleseed Cast.
The band was formed in Westchester, New York in 2005 by
Gregory Dunn (guitar/vocals) and Nicholas Pizzolato (drums). A self-titled demo EP was leaked to the public in early 2006 and their debut album Pneuma was released independently in early 2007. Later that year, Frank Graniero (guitar/vocals) and Mitchell Lee (bass) completed the band’s line-up. In 2008, Pneuma was reissued by Deep Elm. In Fall 2008, the band self-released the EP “Foreword”.

This was a long time in the making. Finally seeing the light of day is the debut full length from GYPSY. "Giant's Despair" is 10 tracks that have been well worth the wait. Sounding even more now like Knapsack, Jawbeaker and Dinosaur Jr than the 7" did, the LP features top notch production from Will Yip (Blacklisted, Mother Of Mercy, War Hungry). Oh and they feature members of Cold World, Mother Of Mercy, Stick Together, and the dude who books United Blood, if you're into that sort of thing.

Brighter Arrows play post-punk, post-hardcore, post-emo that seems to encapsulate the best parts of each sub-genre while maintaining a freshness and personality all it's own. In the vein of Sunny Day Real Estate, Pinback, and Casket Lottery.
Brighter Arrows formed in the summer of 2010 as a project between Jake Norris and John Olds. Eventually Colin May was recruited and Owen Mallon was brought in for bass duties. Jamie Dougherty originally contributed synthesizer and piano parts but in February of 2010, he began taking over on bass when Mallon departed from the group.
